LAADS System Problem Has Effected Data and Orders from July 2-9, 2007 07.12.07

We have lost some data fields in our database due to a system problem. We are in the process of rebuilding tables and recovering the records that were lost. Data that were generated between July 2, 2007 and July 9, 2007 are affected. The recovery for forward processing has completed. We expect the recovery for reprocessing to complete within 3 to 5 days.

If you placed a data order between July 2-9, 2007 and have not received a notice stating your order was available, please place your order again.
